We aim to delight our customers every single time they visit our stores.   The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and effective day to day operation of the restaurant, ensuring a consistently high standard of product and customer service is delivered at all times.   Reporting to the Area Manager your key responsibilities will include:  
  • Management of store operations, including: cash & banking control, stocktakes, presentation & maintenance and development of weekly rosters.
  • Achieve budgeted sales and expenditure.
  • Ensure food safety and quality control on all food and drink products.
  • Maintain and implement marketing campaigns, displays and sales techniques.
  • Promote strong team motivation and ongoing team development.
  • Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety standards.
  ​​​​​This is a permanent role of up to 38 hours per week.  You must have availability across a 7-day roster.   Applicants must have:
  • Proven experience in cafe operations including rostering, stock control, people management, training, store opening & closing, cash management experience and maintaining high presentation standards.
  • Barista experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in leading and motivating a team.
  • Desire to take on the challenge of building sales and meeting KPIs in labour and food costs.
